Delivery Policy
1. General Information
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
2. Delivery Location
Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in Canada Any shipments outside of Canada are not available at this time.
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery date will be provided to you once your order is placed. Estimated delivery times are from the date of shipping, not the date of your order, and are subject to carrier shipping practices, delivery location and may be delivered in separate shipments.
We make every effort to fulfill your order within 7 business days of the date of your order. “Business days” are Monday to Friday, not including holidays. All delivery dates are subject to the acceptance of your order.
Please note we do not ship on weekends or holidays.
4. Delivery Instructions
You can track your order using by using our “Order Tracking” page, where you will need to provide your order number and email address.
5. Shipping Costs
ICON Best is currently offering free shipping on all orders over $75 before tax.
Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order, the delivery method, and the shipping company you choose. Shipping costs are displayed on the checkout page, once you have added all the items you wish to purchase in your order to the checkout cart.
Additional shipping charges may be incurred for remote area deliveries, or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any extra charges on the checkout page.
Sales tax is charged based on the province or territory to which the item is being shipped.
